Target groups:

The invitation to the Bolzano conference includes the assignment to take on the role of cascaders and disseminators.

• School Heads’ Associations (National, European and International)
• School Heads and School Leadership Teams
• Supporters of and experts on Educational Development

 Aims:

• To present varying approaches towards (school) leadership and management
• To illustrate different training initiatives for the qualification of school heads
• To discuss, share and recognize qualification and leadership concepts
• To define minimum standards for school leadership qualification

Bolzano will be an occasion:

• To find inspiration and gain incentives from experts outside the educational sector
• To come together in workshops and improve mutual knowledge
• To define criteria for the transfer of successful models to the respective countries
