DELPHI – Developing Educational Leadership of Primary Heads and Institutions
DELPHI aims at the development of 'materials', 'strategies' and 'professional development activities'. This project is planned for 2 years, starting from October 1st 2008, ending September 30th 2010.
Project goals are continuing professional development of head teachers, acquiring and developing their management and leadership competences, enhancing the quality of their learning experiences DELPHI Leadership training for head teachers will be organized based on socio-constructivist approach utilizing existing knowledge and competencies of group. Emphasis will be made on exchanging good practice as well as introducing new leadership concepts. Another method of delivery will be IDELPHI web based tool especially for reflection and coaching. Each participant will get a CPD plan based on training content and access to online repository for future studies.
The DELPHI Comenius in-service training course will be held in Prague October 16-21, 2010.
